Couvrette
offers repair service for all of its ATM kiosks and surrounds as well as some third party
manufactured ATM kiosks, such as Dallman products. Couvrette personnel are
trained to perform ATM service calls with a minimum of site disruption or
downtime. Our services include repairing damage caused by weather, wind, impact
with cars, or attempted theft. We will repair or replace faulty internal glide or
turn mechanisms, faulty door locks, failed lighting, and damaged signage.
Compared to the cost of replacing an ATM kiosk or canopy, Couvrette's repair
service offers a cost-effective solution for maintaining your ATM installation
as its initially deployed condition.
Couvrette also offers complete maintenance programs to service our products as well as those of
our competitors. Our field service technicians will visit your installation as
frequently as needed, be it once a year, twice a year or more often. We
photograph the kiosk after each service visit and keep the photos on file for an
up-to-date status record. Each kiosk is tagged at the time of service indicating
date and name of service provider. Our maintenance service includes:
