Maintenance Program
Couvrette offers complete maintenance programs to service our products as well as those of our competitors. Our field service technicians will visit your installation as frequently as needed, be it once a year, twice a year or more often. We photograph the kiosk after each service visit and keep the photos on file for an up-to-date status record. Each kiosk is tagged at the time of service indicating date and name of service provider.

Dedicated to quality, Couvrette offers complete turnkey service and provides solutions for site planning, site construction, design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, service, and maintenance.

Our maintenance service includes:

  • Clean the Exterior of the Kiosk
  • Remove All Rubbish from Inside the Kiosk
  • Clean and Lubricate Roller Bearings or Glide Bearings
  • Check Dry Pack and Replace as Necessary
  • Check AC/Heat Unit for Proper Operation and Clean
  • Check Thermostat for Proper Operation
  • Check Cold Weather Kit
  • Check Weatherstripping and Replace as Necessary
  • Clean ATM Exterior Fascia
  • Complete Kiosk Site Checklist and Photograph Serviced Kiosk
For kiosks with canopies, the following operations will also be performed:
  • Check operation of photo-cell and all lights and replace bulbs as necessary.
  • Check caulking between canopy and building.
  • Clean sign faces.
  • Check drain operation; clean and clear as required.
  • Roof repair as necessary; wash and wax canopy.
